Airbnb & short-term rental turnovers
From $150
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, microwave inside and out, appliance fronts, dishes put away
- Bathrooms: toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirrors, fresh towels set out
- Bedrooms: beds stripped and remade with fresh linens
- Laundry: linens and towels washed and dried on site
- Whole home: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash out
- Restock check: toilet paper, soap and supplies noted for you
- Photo report of the finished unit after every clean
Home cleaning
From $130
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, microwave, appliance fronts
- Bathrooms: toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirrors
- Whole home: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash out
- Deep clean adds: baseboards, inside the oven and fridge, cabinet fronts, buildup
- Recurring: ask about weekly and every-other-week rates

The first home cleaning visit is priced as a deep clean unless the home was professionally cleaned recently.
